Booking

Booking: 

Please email or telephone to check availability. 

On booking a 25% deposit will be payable within 48 hours to secure the reservation. Full
payment will be due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 12 weeks of the stay, the full amount will be due immediately.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer or PayPal.

If the deposit or full payment is not received within 48 hours of the due date the booking is
not guaranteed.
We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance in the event that you are unable to travel.

Non availability: 

We would only reluctantly cancel your reservation if the property became unavailable for reasons beyond our control. A full refund of monies paid would be made. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. 

Damages & breakages:

You are responsible for any damage that you cause to the property or contents. Any damages should be reported immediately by email. Whilst we do not charge for minor breakages, we may have to send you a bill for repair or the making good of anything significant.
